At the heart of TransLore is a proven Oracle relational database.

This dynamic tool powers the 'heavy lifting' behind the scenes of demanding utility locate ticket management.

In the field, Locators are often equipped with laptop computers and wireless cards for real-time access to dig requests. Management views all tickets including Emergencies as they are received, worked and the response is sent.

Management also 'drills down' to tickets assigned to an individual Locator from a single screen.

Our national Data Center houses our servers and communications hardware just a few feet from two independent internet fiber backbones.

Our Data Center also uses individual battery backups, carefully controlled temperature, terabytes of RAID data storage, 14-inch thick concrete walls, backup diesel generators and key card security access. We think of our equipment there as offering "redundant everything."
