We began in the utility business back in 1991,
working for state One
Call Centers,
mapping 'call before you dig' requests.
We created the dig site "poly-on-poly" polygon mapping system that has been used in Call Centers across the country ever since. Since then, we've moved into the other end of the utility locate process. Today, we process utility locate tickets - receiving dig requests from Call Centers, mapping addresses, and sending those tickets to the field to be worked. We collect that field work data and provide reports for utility, municipality and contract utility locating firms. |
